How PrizePicks lineups work
Once you finish creating your account, you can make your first picks to create your first lineup with PrizePicks. A lineup consists of two to six picks, and each pick beyond the second one increases your payout.
For each pick, you will need to determine whether the player will get more or less in a statistical category than the number provided by PrizePicks. You can create a lineup with picks from multiple sports; for example, I could make a three-pick lineup with two WNBA picks and one MLB pick.
After you finish making picks for your lineup, you need to finalize it by making your lineup a “Flex Play” or a “Power Play”. A “Flex Play” allows you to miss one of your picks and still have a successful lineup. However, this option has some restrictions. Your lineup needs to be at least a three-pick lineup to use this option, and if you do use it, your payout multiplier decreases. A “Power Play” simply means that you have to get all your picks right to win the lineup, but has no payout multiplier penalty.
Down below, you can see an example of a three-pick PrizePicks lineup. As you can see, a “Power Play” would net 5x your wager, while a “Flex Play” would have a 2.25x or a 1.25x multiplier depending on how many picks you got right. I have also provided the picks in this lineup.
