To play DFS with PrizePicks, you have to select two to five picks with listed player projections. Your picks do not have to be made on the same league/sport, you can mix and match. After you select your picks, you then have to choose whether the player will get more or less than the listed number. The more picks are part of your entry, the higher your payout multiplier if you win.
There are two non-standard pick types on PrizePicks. “Goblin” picks are denoted by a green goblin emoji and are easier to hit on because they’re lower than the standard projection. One of the things I enjoy about Sleeper Fantasy is the frequency with which they have a “pick on sale”. A “pick on sale” offers a lower projection than the standard one. For example, one of the Sunday picks has the more/less line for Devin Booker at 0.5 points. Essentially that is a free pick, as the chances of a star player like Booker scoring zero points are fairly low. Picks on sale can only be used for your first entry up to $20.
