Arizona Diamondbacks
With the Lineup Builder, it’s easy to incorporate stacks into DFS rosters. The top five-man DraftKings stacks in the CSURAM88 Player Model belongs to the Diamondbacks:
Playing at Coors Field, the Diamondbacks have one of the slate’s highest implied totals with 5.4 runs (per our Vegas Dashboard). Batting second (per our Lineups page), David Peralta is one of the slate’s highest-rated players. Peralta, Paul Goldschmidt, and Brandon Drury lead the stack with 10-plus Pro Trends each. Drury especially has impressive Statcast data: His recent exit velocity of 97 miles per hour and 62 percent hard hit rate are both top-five marks. Goldschmidt is also crushing the ball recently, with an exit velocity of 95 miles per hour, hard hit rate of 51 percent, and fly ball rate of 37 percent. Coors Field has a Park Rating of 100.
Of course, keep in mind that the Diamondbacks at Coors will likely have elevated ownership, which Pro subscribers can review after lineup lock via our DFS Ownership Dashboard.
Cleveland Indians
The top four-man FanDuel stack in the Bales Model belongs to the Indians, who are implied for 5.8 runs — tied for the second-highest mark on the slate:
Jose Ramirez, Edwin Encarnacion, and Lonnie Chisenhall have all been Statcast studs lately. Encarnacion has a recent batted ball distance of 253 feet, which is top-10 on the slate. Leading the stack with nine Pro Trends, Chisenhall has a 64 percent fly ball rate over the last 15 days, good for top-eight on the slate. Expected to hit third, Ramirez leads the stack with a recent hard hit rate of 46 percent, and his recent batted ball distance of 243 feet and exit velocity of 94 miles per hour are impressive.
Los Angeles Dodgers
The Dodgers have one of the top three-man Pro Trend stacks on DraftKings. While there are currently seven other teams implied to score more runs, the Dodgers are still worth targeting with their implied total of five runs:
Just a 21-year-old rookie, Cody Bellinger is second in the league with 21 home runs and has been absolutely crushing the ball recently with a recent batted ball distance of 255 feet, exit velocity of 97 miles per hour, hard hit rate of 63 percent, and fly ball rate of 50 percent. Bellinger’s recent exit velocity and hard hit rate are top-three in the slate. Against Mets righty Robert Gsellman, this stack is in an ideal spot, as Bellinger and Corey Seager are lefties and Justin Turner is a reverse-splits righty. Per our Trends tool, Turner has a historical +1.80 Plus/Minus against righties compared to a +0.19 against lefties. His .436 wOBA against right-handed pitchers leads the stack.
