Positional breakdowns

Quarterback

Dak Prescott is the most expensive QB on both DraftKings ($7,300) and FanDuel ($8,800), but his lackluster history as a road underdog makes him a candidate to fade. He has averaged 16.00 DraftKings and 14.75 FanDuel PPG with -1.15 and -1.85 Plus/Minus values as a road dog. Read more in the QB Breakdown

Running Back

The big difference with Todd Gurley this year isn’t in volume; it’s in efficiency. Gurley leads the Rams with a 43.5 percent share of his team’s offensive touchdowns, and he has at least 18 opportunities in each game. Even if he’s not efficient against the Texans, Gurley still has 100-yard, multi-touchdown upside. Read more in the RB Breakdown

Wide Receiver

Antonio Brown is a near unstoppable force in a world of mostly movable objects. On top of that, he has a good matchup: No team has allowed more than the Colts’ 44 receptions of 20-plus yards. A few words of caution, though: He hasn’t been AB-caliber great on the road, and the Steelers (10.5-point faves) could feature a run-heavy game script. Read more in the WR Breakdown

Tight Ends

49ers tight end Garrett Celek has a massive opportunity to approach double-digit targets with George KittlePierre Garcon, and Trent Taylor all out on Sunday. The 49ers lead the league with a 66.7 percent pass rate, and they’re playing the Giants, who have allowed a top-two mark of 18.0 DraftKings and 15.1 FanDuel PPG to opposing TEs. One word: Delicious. Read more in the TE Breakdown

Defense and Special Teams

The Detroit Lions are the No. 1 rated defense in Adam Levitan’s Model for DraftKings and FanDuel. Why? The Cleveland Browns come to town as 13-point underdogs and are implied to score a slate-low 15.3 points. Since 2014, defenses in a similar spot as the Lions have performed well on both sites. CSURAM88’s Week 10 RB Model Preview

Peter Jennings (CSURAM88) breaks down his personal RB model for Week 10 of the 2017 NFL season.

Everything Else You Need To Know

Detroit WR Marvin Jones ranks third in market share of Air Yards over the past four games, and in Week 10, the Lions get a Cleveland Browns team that sits at 28th in pass DVOA. Golden Tate will likely get all of the love this week, but Jones has gotten 11, 11, and 14 targets over the past three games. Read more in the Market Share Report

Titans WR Corey Davis appears to have put his injury behind him (75 percent of snaps last week), and now the fifth-overall pick gets a Bengals defense that features two of the NFL’s worst CBs per PFF, Adam Jones and Dre Kirkpatrick. No wonder Davis is the second-highest rated receiver in Adam Levitan’s Pro Model. Read more in the WR/CB Matchups column

The Saints’ team total of 24.5 is a little lower given a road matchup with Buffalo, but Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram have a pristine matchup against one of just two teams allowing more rushing touchdowns than passing. Read more in the Deconstructing the Vegas Betting Lines column

The Bears D/ST have a top-five projected ceiling against the Brett Hundley-led Packers, and RB Jordan Howard has had at least 21 carries in four of the Bears’ last six games, and the Bears are 5.5-point faves, putting Howard in a potentially positive game script where he could see incredible volume. Read more on our favorite Week 10 stacks

LeSean McCoy averages 23.6 DraftKings PPG at home, compared to 14.4 on the road. The Bills host the Saints’ 28th-ranked DVOA rush defense in Week 10, and aren’t expected to test the Saints’ talented secondary. Buffalo is one of just four teams with over 31 rush attempts per game this season. Read more in our front-seven run-game breakdown

Per Sharp Football Stats, the Redskins rush defense has yielded an explosive rush on 12 percent of carries, the leagues fifth-highest mark. That’s good news for Vikings RB Jerrick McKinnon, who scored more than 24 DraftKings points in three of his four starts in October. He’s an ideal GPP play. Read more of our candidates to be under-owned

The Giants-49ers game has one of the lowest totals on the Week 10 slate, but this game has sneaky shootout potential. These are two of top-six teams in pace of play this season — and they are atrocious defensively, ranking 28th and 25th in total DVOA. Read more in the Funnel Defense Ratings column

The team that has most underperformed its defensive Vegas expectations? The almighty Denver Broncos, who have a -4.53 Vegas Opponent Plus/Minus. They’ve quietly been a team to target with offensive players — and Tom Brady & Co. are on deck. Read more in the Vegas Report

Jacksonville leads the league with a 52.9 rush rate. At this point, the Jags have made it clear that neither snow nor rain nor heat nor a surprise Leonard Fournette suspension will keep them from grinding. In Week 10, Jacksonville hosts the Chargers, who have DVOA’s 26th-ranked rush defense. The Jags are 3.5-point favorites and seem likely to continue to pound the ball. Read more in The Forward Pass
