Fantasy football season is here — I completed one draft over the weekend and I have two more to go before the 2024 season kicks off.
Between vacations, family reunions, and some other summer projects, the last couple of months have been pretty hectic, and to be honest, I just can’t keep up with everything happening in the offseason like I used to. Luckily, this season I didn’t need to, thanks to Sean Koerner and Chris Raybon’s 2024 Fantasy Football Draft Kit here on FantasyLabs.
With a suite of tools and content waiting for me, including player rankings, projections, cheat sheet builders, and more, I quickly caught up to speed and am ready to dominate my fantasy drafts.

Below are just a few of the many fantasy football tips I gathered from our resident NFL experts, Sean and Chris.
2024 Fantasy Football Draft Strategy
Go balanced at the turn of Round 1.
In his 2024 Fantasy Draft Guide, Raybon walks you through his draft strategy for this season specifically.
He first takes you round-by-round (rounds 1-6), then position-by-position.
I can’t give too much away here, but here’s one short excerpt from his can’t-miss article:
If you’re in a 12-team league and drafting 11th or 12th, I think the best course of action is to go balanced with one RB and one WR in the first two rounds. There’s a clear drop-off in value at both positions after the top 10, but by being balanced, you allow yourself to more readily take advantage of value as it presents itself in Rounds 3-4 and on, which will be crucial since drafting late typically already puts you at a disadvantage in terms of expected fantasy points
Top Fantasy Sleepers
Ertz can provide low-end TE1 value.
Identifying undervalued the right fantasy football sleeper can be the difference in you winning your league. Raybon breaks down his favorite fantasy sleepers for 2024, which include Zach Ertz, plus nine others, to help you do just that.
Here’s what he had to say about Ertz: Rookie second-round pick Ben Sinnott has been going ahead of Ertz, but Ertz has been operating as the Commanders’ TE1 all offseason and will retain that role as long as he’s healthy if new offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury’s track record is any indication. As head coach of the Cardinals in 2022, Kingsbury also entered the season with a tight end depth chart featuring both Ertz and a talented second-round rookie (Trey McBride), and Ertz outsnapped McBride 575-132 over the first nine games before getting hurt in Week 10....Don’t be surprised if Ertz ends up providing consistent low-end TE1 value from there.
Running Back Upside Ratings
Top RB handcuff candidates.
In what has become an annual staple, fantasy expert Sean Koerner delivers his Running Back Upside Ratings in a comprehensive spreadsheet, plus nearly 6,000 words of in-depth analysis. This stuff is too good to give even a little bit away. But trust me when I say Koerner knows what he’s talking about — he is FantasyPros’ 4x Most Accurate Fantasy Football Ranker for a reason.
