bet365 has a few different offers available depending on which state you’re in:
- Kentucky: Use bet365 bonus code LABSNEWS for $365 in bonus bets when you deposit $10 and make a $1 wager
- Ohio, NJ, Virginia, Colorado & Iowa: Use bet365 bonus code LABSNEWS for either the “Bet $5, Get $150 in bonus bets” offer or a $1,000 safety net on your first bet. You’ll be able to choose on the landing page after signing up, so the code is good for either.
bet365 had been offering the $365 bonus in all six U.S. states it operates, but changed to the choice of offers this week in five of those states. We’ll explain the details of these offers below.
bet365 Kentucky bonus code: Claiming your $365
The bet365 Kentucky offer is pretty straightforward — just deposit $10, bet $1 on anything -500 or longer, and you’ll get $365 in bonus bets to use on anything you’d like. In this case, -500 or longer means -300 is OK, but -550 is not.
So let’s run through an example for Thursday. Say I put $10 on Sporting and Atalanta to draw in Europa League at +250.
- If they do draw, you’ll win $25, keep your $10, and get $365 in bonus bets.
- If they don’t draw, you lose your $10, but you still get $365 in bonus bets.
This wager works because it’s $1 or more, and on a market that’s -500 or longer.
All other states: Your choice of offers
In Ohio, NJ, Virginia, Colorado & Iowa, you’ll have a choice of two offers.
- $1,000 “safety net” on your first bet, meaning if it loses, you’ll be refunded in bonus bets equal to whatever you lost.
- Bet $5, get $150 in bonus bets no matter what. This is similar to the Kentucky offer, but fewer bonus bets.
You’ll be able to choose which offer you want after signing up and using bet365 bonus code LABSNEWS.
How bonus bets work at bet365
Bonus bets at bet365 work like most other sportsbooks — you keep any profit from those bonus bets, but not the stake itself.
So if you place $20 in bonus bets on the Bears +220 against the Commanders on Thursday Night Football.
- If the Commanders win, you lose your $20 bonus bet.
- If the Bears pull off the upset, you win $44 in cash ($20 x 2.2) but you don’t keep your $20 bonus bet. That just goes away.
That’s why it pays to use bonus bets on longshots, because you’re not getting the stake back.
