Rays (+105) at Blue Jays (-114) — 7:07 PM EST

Rays in: Mallex Smith (illness), Kevin Kiermaier (back spasms)

The Rays will roll with Mallex SmithMatt Duffy, and Ji-Man Choi at the top of the order for their matchup against the Blue Jays. They’re presently implied to score a respectable 4.2 runs and are especially in play on FanDuel, where they boast the fifth-highest Team Value Rating in Monday’s main slate. Each of the team’s starting batters have a Bargain Rating of at least 70 percent on FanDuel. Overall, Duffy, Cron, and Tommy Pham form the main slate’s sixth-highest rated three-man stack on FanDuel in the Bales Model. Each of Duffy, Choi, Joe WendleBrandon Lowe, and Jakob Bauers have posted positive wOBA and ISO splits vs. right-handed pitchers over the past 12 months. They’ll face off against righty Marcus Stroman, who has allowed at least five runs in two of his last four starts. Stroman will have his hands full with a Rays lineup that has combined to post a .325 wOBA vs. right-handed pitchers over the past 12 months – the third-highest mark in Monday’s main slate. Still, both offenses will have to deal with estimated wind gusts of seven miles per hour blowing in from left field.
