Carlos Carrasco: Pitcher, Indians
Unlike yesterday, today offers an abundance of solid pitching options. Of the 12 teams playing on the main slate, four are implied for 3.7 runs or less. One of those is the Rangers, whom Carrasco faces at home. The Indians are currently -172 moneyline favorites, and Carrasco has a healthy 7.1 K Prediction. Historically, home pitchers with similar Vegas data and K Predictions have averaged a +5.46 FanDuel Plus/Minus with a 66.1 percent Consistency Rating (per our Trends tool):
Carrasco is also sporting some of the best Statcast data on tonight’s slate. Over his last three starts, he has a recent batted ball distance of 187 feet, exit velocity of 87 miles per hour, and a slate-low fly ball rate of 23 percent. With Rich Hill, Chris Sale, and Jeff Samardzija also on the mound in favorable spots, Carrasco could have reduced ownership, which Pro subscribers can review after lineup lock via our DFS Ownership Dashboard.

Justin Turner: Third Baseman, Dodgers
With the Lineup Builder, it’s easy to incorporate stacks into DFS rosters. Looking at our Vegas Dashboard, you can see the Dodgers are currently implied for 5.4 runs against the Angels. Batting third, Turner will likely be a core member in Dodgers stacks:
Turner has been crushing recently with a +7.96 FanDuel Plus/Minus over his last 10 games. He boasts a .433 wOBA and a .239 ISO against right-handed pitching over the last 12 months. Over his last 12 games, Turner has excellent Statcast data with a batted ball distance of 238 feet, exit velocity of 93 mph, and hard hit rate of 42 percent. Historically, batters with similar Statcast data have averaged a +1.87 FanDuel Plus/Minus.
Cody Bellinger: First Baseman, Dodgers
Two Dodgers in one piece? Why not! They’re implied for a solid 5.4 runs against right-hander Ricky Nolasco and are third in the slate with a Team Value Rating of 82 on FanDuel:
Bellinger has been red hot with a +9.65 FanDuel Plus/Minus over his last 10 games. His massive Plus/Minus goes well with his ridiculous Statcast data. He is sporting a recent batted ball distance of 261 feet, exit velocity of 97 mph, and massive hard hit rate of 63 percent. Historically, batters with similar Statcast data have averaged a +3.05 FanDuel Plus/Minus.
Additionally, Bellinger’s Statcast data pairs well with Nolasco’s recent batted ball distance of 223 feet, exit velocity of 93 mph, and hard hit rate of 42 percent. Bellinger has a .418 wOBA and .418 ISO against righties as well as a 99 percent Bargain Rating on FanDuel. Game on.
