It is important to note that Davis will have the athleticism and size advantage here, and Sabonis is unlikely to get 14 rebounds in this matchup.
A player that likes to slash to the rim like LeBron James is more likely to do well from a scoring standpoint against poor rim protection. While Sabonis is a good offensive player and rebounder, he does not provide elite interior defense. James himself is averaging 25.2 points and has scored more than 25.5 points in five of his last six games.
