Josh Allen leads a Buffalo Bills offense, ranked 12th in passing (per PFF), and is looking to bounce back from a 14-10 loss to the New England Patriots. In what looks to be a more difficult matchup, facing a Buccaneers defense ranked seventh in pass DVOA (per Football Outsiders), Allen will likely increase the Bills’ 61%/39% pass-to-run play calling ratio, in hopes of keeping the game competitive, currently a 3-point road underdog. An effective passer, Allen has a 65% completion rate on the year, averaging 268 yards and more than 36 attempts per game. This season, Allen has reached the 271-passing yard mark in four games.
Our models project Allen to throw for 274.5 passing yards in a likely shootout with Tampa, trending him toward the over.
Future Hall of Famer Tom Brady is having an MVP-worthy season, leading the league with 34 touchdowns, and throwing for more than 314 yards and 42 attempts per game. Leading a Buccaneers’ offense that is the most pass-heavy in the league, using a 67%/33% pass-to-run playing calling ratio, Brady benefits from a high-powered receiving corps of Chris Godwin, Mike Evans and Rob Gronkowski. Brady can be considered almost matchup proof with a plethora of options despite facing the top-ranked Buffalo Bills defense.
This season, Brady has reached the 296-passing yard mark in seven games. We’re projecting Brady to throw for 296.5-passing yards, slightly moving him toward the over in the biggest game of the week.

Lamar Jackson Passing Yards (230.5) vs. Baker Mayfield Passing Yards (225.5)
In a classic AFC North matchup, the Cleveland Browns host the Baltimore Ravens in a lower-scoring affair, currently at 43-points.
Dual-threat quarterback Lamar Jackson leads a Baltimore Ravens offense that prefers a more balanced approach to their offense, calling a 55%/45% pass-to-run play calling ratio, also playing as one of the slowest paced teams in the league, averaging a play every 28 seconds (per RotoViz). The Browns, who rank 13th in DVOA, should poise a problem for Jackson, who tends to run, leading the Ravens in workload in the backfield, seeing 37% of the carries. In a Week 12 16-10 win over the Browns, Jackson threw for 165 yards on 32 attempts.
This season, Jackson has reached the 231-passing yard mark in nine games, but given the slow-paced approach of this game, more difficult defensive matchup, and a run-heavy offense, the pathways to the over look difficult. We’re projecting Jackson to throw for 226.5 yards against the Browns this week, trending him toward the under.
Like the Ravens’ Cleveland’s offense takes a more balanced approach, using a 53%/47% pass-to-run play calling ratio, also playing among the slowest-paces in the league, averaging 27.7 seconds per snap, despite a more favorable matchup against a Ravens’ defense ranked 27th in pass DVOA, quarterback Baker Mayfield may have a difficult time reaching the 226-passing yard threshold, given the slower-paced nature of this Week 14 matchup. In the 16-10 loss in Week 12, Mayfield threw for 247 yards on 37 attempts and has reached the 226-passing yard mark in five games this season.
We’re projecting Mayfield to throw for 218.5-passing yards in a rematch with the Ravens, trending him well below the 225.5-passing yard mark.
